Our new office is more than an office, it’s a system designed to foster creativity, connection, and curiosity. At its heart is an open studio, surrounded by a purposeful ring of collaboration zones that encourage movement, interaction, and spontaneous exchange.

Rather than limiting work to fixed desks, we’ve introduced a diverse array of touchdown spaces: informal lounges for casual brainstorming, high-top tables for quick huddles, and window nooks that encourage project team dialogue. Flexible meeting areas, reconfigurable worktables, traditional office conference rooms, and individual phone rooms, support different ways of working. These zones are meant to adapt to the different rhythms of the day, providing options for deep focus, dynamic teamwork, or anything in between. It’s important to us to make sure that everyone can find a space that works for them. 

One of the most transformative shifts in our new layout is how we’ve democratized access to natural light. Windows are no longer the domain of a single desk or role—they’re shared resources. Instead of lining desks along the perimeter, we’ve pulled workstations inward and reserved the windows for shared use. Tackboard walls, collaboration tables, communal study hall seating, banquettes, and CA storage now line the window walls—spaces accessible to everyone, designed to promote openness and interaction. 

This rethinking of light and layout cultivates a greater sense of unity, linking team members to the outdoors and to each other, while elevating mood and sparking fresh perspectives. Shared access to daylight makes the office feel more welcoming, energizing, and supportive of both well-being and productivity. 

In this design, every element—from the ring of collaboration to the inclusive use of windows—reflects our commitment to equity, dynamism, and the power of shared space. The result is a workplace where boundaries melt away, creativity flourishes, and everyone is empowered to connect, contribute, and grow.
