In June 2021, ARC received our JUST 2.0 label. As part of the application process, we created and enhanced existing policies that improve social equity and encourage employee engagement. More than a certification program, JUST is a transparency platform for companies to disclose our operations, including how we treat our employees and where we make financial and community investments. Ultimately, holding ourselves to a higher standard is how we produce exceptional work for our clients, and why we aspire to make a meaningful impact on our people, communities, and future generations.
