A Hub for Growth + Connectivity
Bristol Myers Squibb
Connecting Where it Counts
This junction is defined by a two-story circulation space and highlighted by an open ornamental stair and provides the link between the two buildings as a collaborative zone.
Campus Hub & Assembly Space
This “hub” houses the 300-seat assembly space, providing for cafeteria seating overflow if needed on a day-to-day basis, and Campus-wide “town hall” meetings.
Flexible approaches to furnishing the assembly space can be realized as activities and events change week to week.
The exterior façade proportions and materials of the LOC X were directly derived from the original LOC building – continuing the language of water-struck brick and careful placement of curtainwall and window openings.
Connecting Where it Counts
The LOC X deftly engages the original LOC at a very limited junction, supporting an efficient flow of personnel arriving from the Garage.
