The Clay Center at Dexter Southfield underwent a comprehensive renovation, completed in multiple phases. Initially, the existing dining room was fully renovated, followed by a new extension to enlarge the dining area. This renovation provided additional seating and expanded space for the new servery and dish room. The second phase significantly improved the dining room operations and increased the serving capacity for the school. Concurrently the classrooms on the floor above were being renovated with a refreshing face lift. This was followed by the last phase which added four new classrooms above the dining expansion.
